If you’re an Executive Chef who thrives on creating elevated, memorable dishes rather than sticking to the “standard club playbook,” this is an opportunity worth exploring.
The club has earned a loyal following for its quality, consistency, and contemporary menu, and now we’re looking for an Executive Chef to continue that momentum as we move into an exciting expansion phase.

The Role
You’ll lead a well-established and passionate kitchen team in delivering two distinctive offerings; a premium steakhouse-style menu alongside a refined club classics selection. With a modern, well-appointed kitchen designed for efficiency and creativity, you’ll have the tools and the time to do your best work.
This isn’t one of those 70-hour chef roles. We’ve structured the kitchen and the service flow for an achievable 40-45 hour week, so you can enjoy the lifestyle that the beautiful Whitsundays promise.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Senior Sous Chef in a quality dining environment
  • Passion for premium produce and refined yet approachable menus
  • Strong leadership and people skills - you’ll inspire a capable, established team
  • A hands-on management style that ensures consistency and service excellence
