Milton Ulladulla ExServos Club Ltd is looking for a friendly, professional and energetic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Ulladulla venue. About the Role
This is a hands‑on, people‑centric leadership position where no two days are the same. You’ll be visible, active, and engaged, ensuring every member and guest enjoys the best possible experience while keeping operations running seamlessly.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Club
  • Manage gaming, food & beverage, functions, and facilities
  • Support and develop your team through coaching and leadership
  • Contribute to budgets, reporting, and performance goals
  • Enhance systems, policies, and service standards
  • Build strong relationships with members, suppliers, and the local community
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and Club industry standards
  • Stay across industry trends and champion continuous improvement
  • Represent the Club with professionalism, warmth, and integrity

You’re upbeat, approachable, and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑oriented environment. You lead by example and enjoy being on the floor with your team and guests.

We’re looking for someone with:
  • Proven leadership experience in Club, hospitality, or large‑format operations
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate teams
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance targets
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, community, and service excellence
  • Australian citizenship
