We’re looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Coordinator to manage the delivery of engaging, high‑quality marketing campaigns that connect with our members and showcase our venues at their best.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate day‑to‑day marketing initiatives across both venues, from campaign planning and social media to digital content, promotions, and in‑venue communication.
You’ll be involved in every stage of the process, planning, creating, coordinating, and refining,  ensuring all marketing activity looks polished, consistent and on brand.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and delivering marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Creating engaging content across website, email and social media channels
  • Supporting the execution of member promotions and loyalty programs
  • Maintaining brand standards and updating in‑venue signage and materials
  • Liaising with suppliers, printers, and external marketing partners
  • Assisting with performance tracking and marketing reports
  • Leading and mentoring a small marketing team
  • Providing general marketing support to venue leadership teams
This role suits someone who is creative, organised, confident with deadlines, and takes pride in turning ideas into polished results.

You’ll bring:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A good eye for design and brand consistency
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred)
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, clubs or retail (advantageous but not essential)
