EOI Contract Catering Operation
Campbelltown Golf Club | Macarthur Region, South-West Sydney

Established Catering Business | Strong Revenue Base | Significant Growth Opportunity

Campbelltown Golf Club is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced and commercially driven hospitality operators to manage and grow its established catering operation.

This is a rare opportunity to partner with a progressive Club and take over a well-established business generating approximately $1 million in annual revenue, with substantial scope for further growth across bistro dining, golf trade, functions and events.

About the Opportunity
Located in the rapidly growing Macarthur region, Campbelltown Golf Club serves a diverse customer base of members, golfers, families, corporate clients and function guests. The venue features a recently refurbished bistro, modern commercial kitchen, dedicated function facilities, golf simulator bays and a nine-hole catering outlet.

Current Operation
  • Approximately $1 million annual turnover
  • Seven-day lunch and dinner trade
  • Venue capacity of approximately 350 guests
  • Function facilities for up to 150 guests
  • Four golf simulator bays with food ordering capability
  • Dedicated golf course catering outlet
  • Strong and loyal member, golf and community patronage

Suitable Operators Will Demonstrate
  • Proven success in clubs, hotels, golf clubs or large-scale hospitality operations

  • Strong leadership, marketing and business development skills
  • Compliance with all food safety, licensing and insurance requirements
